Speaker Replacement Options for 10 Speaker System

I have a 98 M3 Sedan with the original 10 speaker Harman Kardon speaker system. I have an aftermarket Alpine head unit and it always sounded great until recently. Both mid range speakers in the doors are buzzing/cracking and the passenger tweeter is dead. I know that I can get new factory mids & tweets from BAVAuto but really don't want to spend over $400 for stock replacements. I want to replace them with something that will fit in the original locations and work with the factory amp. What recommendations/advice do you have?

Go to your local BMW dealership. It'll still gonna be expensive but might be a little less. I have to replace some speakers up front aswell and the dealership quoted me at about $272
