Barely Blowing

My heater produces decent heat but it seems wether its mid to full speed its barely blowing any air out. It is a digital climate control and when I put it on full low it shuts off. Is there any way to bypass the blower motor or final stage unit to trouble shoot which component is faulty ?

so does it always blow like that no matter if its heat or a/c? if it does check your cabin filter, it might be super clogged.
