You know i was think the same thing, i saw those kits for cheap at harbor freight. If you could dress them up nice, use a plastic welder, and keep your costs down to say under $30 a shield, you could definitely sell these to those with DIY cold air intakes.

Where did you get the ABS plastic? That is the only thing I can't find.

you can find them online...just search abs plastic sheets and you'll find places you can order from...i was fortunate enough to a local shop nearby...

Sorry about that. I found some on ebay. Noone here on the island sells the plastic. Just got it installed last night. It looks great. Thanks again for the write up!
