thanks, awesome.
anyone figure a way of being able to do it with one person.
some type of tool, that will lock the cams in the right position for cam removal/install?

Its called camshaft locking blocks.

Can this bw done on the m50b25 non-vanos engine too?

Nope, the the top end uses different camshafts, all the M3 camshafts are made for use with a VANOS unit.

Hello, sorry to bother you, the setup with s50 cams is the same as if I put M50 cams?
I live in Argentina and here no one did this modification and I have no one to ask.

Currently i the process of replacing my head gasket. This DIY somewhat installs confidence in myself. Since I don't have access to the camshaft removal tool, i may have to do it w/out the tool. BTW. I am a noob as far as BMWs but not in trying to figure an alternative way. And the easiest one is, "do some research". Thanks guys.
