Not really much of a choice at this point....GT40 only comes in T4 or I would have gone that route.

yea apparantly my head warped opposite of normal and was shaped closer to an umbrella before I got it machined. Anyway car runs great but I really just need to data log a dyno sesh and send the info to trm and get my final tune. After that it may be time to cut the fenders in the rear and get those black abs rino type plastic dtm flares that come outward so I can fit some fattys back there. I can't increase from 10 lbs until I get this traction sorted out, loosey goosey @ 100 is nerve wracking. I will video the dyno session and post it up here. Until then it's just chillin in the gayrassh.

So who knows when my car will be done. All I have to take care of now is the damn boost creep and my slight oil leak. I should have just stuck with my AA manifold.....tired of spending money on this damn car!

My Shit just hit the fan in the mean time.
So after cranking the car to 15lbs and getting new tires the car ran perfect for about a month. Unfortunately because I was running 15lbs (what the tune was set for) My pressurizing the crank case situation hit critical. I blew oil past the valve cover gasket into the ignition coils completely ruining one of them and ran on 5 cylinders on and off. I also started to run a bit more rich due to the lack of combustion in one of the cylinders.
I finally got a morosso racing check valve, and ran my second port from my catch can to the exhaust, then plugged the nipples where the smaller line used to drawl vacuum for the ccv from the ICV. This solves the pressurizing, and I replaced the plugs and cleaned the coilpacks and replaced the one dying one.
BUT WAIT! theres more...
Now the car started to run rich in boost, and after a few days driving its finally to the point where it's sitting in the driveway non drivable because of how rich it is running in every rpm even idle.
All day I have been trouble shooting to no avail. I unplugged the o2 sensor and ran open loop and this fixed the car running too rich as I drove around the block. I parked the car went inside to post on bfc, when back outside, started the car and it ran compeltely rich AGAIN still running open loop. I didn't change anything.
So I pulled out the MAF and cleaned it with MAF cleaner, cranked it up on open loop and still pegging 10AFR's (lowest it can read).
So I figured the MAF was not the issue and maybe it was the o2. I plugged it back in and it STILL PEGS 10AFR! So whether it's open loop (o2 unplugged) or Closed (o2 plugged in) the car is running the exact same RICH!
I've done several pedal stomp tests and was getting 1222 which means the car is running rich. No other codes, other than a 1218 from unplugging the battery, and a 1215 later on from cleaning the MAF, have shown. This rules out everything else such as knock sensors and coolent temp sensor, and air temp sensors ETC.
The only remaining thing I can possibly fathom is that the fuel pressure regulator has gone bad, although its only been in the car for 6 months.
I am so stumped right now I can't even begin to imagine what is causing the car to dump so much fuel. I also can't figure out why when I unplugged to o2 originally to run open loop the car improved greatly, only to fail after shutting the car off for a bit and cranking it back up. Now it doesn't care if it's open or closed loop, or whether the MAF is clean, or anything, it just runs rich no matter what I do. WTF
