sorry guys , this question might seem a bit dump :):)
but idk where else ill be 100 % sure

i have 316i model 92 with engine model 96 M44 inside...

im not so sure if i have ABS or not...
how can i make sure...thanks alot

Some of the very early E36's, all outside of the U.S., didnt have ABS, you can tell just by looking at the front of the brake master cylinder and looking for the ABS unit. There will also be no wheel speed sensors going into the hubs.

but what u mean by wheel speed sensor !!
i do feel the wheel sensor after 80k/h , the wheel sensitivity becomes lower...
brake aint bad its so much better than some latest other models....cause of course its the bavarian masterpiece :getmoney

but did i get the wheel part correctly , or u meant somethin else ?
