E36 328i buzzing acceleration

not quite rattling, or sputtering. I think 'buzzing' is the right word?

-Noise has started the past few days.

-Car has done 140k, very well looked after and perfect apart from this.

-Does NOT make noise if revving engine in neutral whilst static.

-As above, does not *seem* to be coming from vanos.

-Arent able to get under the car at the moment, to check loose exhausts, etc

-Happens at roughly over 3k- only whilst applying throttle, not whilst constant speed/revs.

There is a video, its me gently accelerating into 4th, noise is most prominent after around 30secs due to lower engine note.

Any help would be great on what to check! I have an M50 manifold, etc on the way and wont fit until car
is back to running noise free.

Thanks in advance!
